Lens Effects

I recently discovered some cool lens effects that are really simple but have a unique look to them. For the pictures below, I used a piece of a CVS bag, but you can use any sort of material that can be cut or already has holes in it. Then I stretched the piece over my lens, and secured it with a rubber band. I used scissors to cut out bits and pieces so that the camera would be able to focus, and to give it a interesting design.

I love the way that these turned out! I really like the shapes that I was able to make by cutting up the bag, which allowed me to sort of white out a lot of the area around me. I can't wait to try this again with a different material.
